The Whitby in Bloom Committee coordinates the Annual Garden Tour which is based on the international Communities in Bloom program. The success of this event is attributed to the dedicated efforts of volunteers and the participation of homeowners throughout Whitby who graciously open their picturesque gardens to the public.
